Phoebe Prince bullying arraignments – stay tuned

Today the remaining three accused attackers in the Phoebe Prince case are scheduled for arraignment in court. We’ll see if these three, who are to appear in Juvenile Court, show up for the hearing.  My guess is no.

Meanwhile, Jodie Lou Ratley remains in a coma after the texting/beating incident  from a few weeks back. Media inquiries looking for experts or individuals themselves having been bullied abound, but the stories are all typical: how did you deal with it, what effect did it have on you, who should be held responsible.

Not one story dealing with prevention that I can see.

I’m going to post again later today about an interesting column I read this morning in the Boston Globe. By then we should also know what’s transpired with the South Hadley arraignments.  Anybody think any of those kids are going to plead anything but “not guilty?”
